Many items will be offered at a slight discount for preordering within a certain time frame. Prices will go back to normal when the offer is no longer available.

At this time, preorder items are considered sold and will be charged the full cost of the purchase, including any taxes and shipping charges, within 5 days of placing the order.

A preorder may be cancelled up until the product's ship date, which is typically the day before it officially releases. To cancel, please use the contact us link and make sure to provide the order # and the buyer's name/email.

All orders that have a preorder item(s) in them will ship with the LATEST release item. For example, 2 separate items have release dates of May 1st and May 8th. The entire order will ship with the May 8th release window.
